The YouTube video was posted in 2022

When will you be posting a video promoting VeloxMedia?

So you are still promoting Virmach even thou you didn't get paid since 2022? Maybe you will get paid at 2032, just wait a bit more, but most importantly, just keep promoting them.

We've only featured them once in one of our videos on our YouTube channel(over a million subscribers), and because the video is still running, we get some traffic. Who would dare continue featuring their products if they weren't paying ?

They are shit since years and it's a gamble to get a vps on a good node and if u are unlucky you get a vps on a noisy and busy node. Take down the video for the beginning, why it's still online and why you are still featuring them? Mind sharing the YouTube channel, so I can flag it for myself as not very trustworthy?

Virmach is a dead horse, why still riding it when there are many good out there in the wild?

Get a lawyer and sue them.

We have leased IPs to them for years. This time, however, it appears they will not renew, as they stopped responding to emails.

It was fun for while it lasted. Actually had some really reliable servers with them for years.

Cancelled them all past year though. He did resurface on the OGF so maybe it's not the end yet.

If you want them to renew, maybe send another e-mail. From his OGF post, it sounded like he'd just put everything on hold, and he's just abandoned all existing tickets. It's quite likely all old e-mail will get similarly ignored. Of course, there's no guarantee he'll reply to new e-mails either.

Have fun renumbering all the customers.

Yeah, I think it's good business form not to speculate about that publicly.

What he suggested in OGF (I haven't read again since he posted a week or so ago for the first time in months, so might have missed more updates) was that he's not been able to keep up with everything in the last few months because of issues. But that he intends to slowly get everything back and running again soon. Just from that, I suspect that even if he's missed all communications from upstreams so far, he will want to renew when he realises the deadlines on stuff.

I don't have any servers with him though, I just enjoy reading that thread for the craziness!

Do you think I'd continue contributing traffic to a VirMach if they're not paying me?

You should promote companies that provide good service, without expecting a kickback for doing so.

OP has just admitted to removing a provider from a video just because he can't get his affiliate payout.
OP has just given me all the information I need to know as to whether his videos can be trusted to provide objective information.

I don't know why you're trying to shift the blame and divert attention. In my 2022 video, I introduced five cheap VPS options, one of which was Virmach. Do you think that's unreasonable? I hadn't paid any attention to commissions before, and only remembered it in 2025. When I tried to withdraw my earnings, no one responded. Was I wrong to delete the Virmach link and video? Have you even watched my video? Are you just making pronouncements about its credibility? Don't think you're a saint; we're all just ordinary people.

  • Probably closing up shop and selling all of the RAM. That's what I'd do tbh lol

    I'm trying to do neither.

In my 2022 video, I introduced five cheap VPS options, one of which was Virmach. Do you think that's unreasonable?

It depends. Was your sole criteria for including those 5 providers that they gave you an affiliate kickback?

I hadn’t paid any attention to affiliate commissions at the time and only remembered them in 2025. When I tried to withdraw my earnings, no one responded.

    OK

Was I wrong to remove the Virmach link and take down the video?

Yes, because you said the only reason you removed it was because they weren't paying you an affiliate fee. AFAIK everybody's server is still up and running (for now), just the owner has been AWOL for quite a few months.

Have you even watched my video, or are you just making judgments about its credibility?

I don't need to watch your video, nor do I care to.

You said your reason for removing the video was solely because you can no longer earn money from Virmach. I said that removes any sense of impartiality to the content in your videos.

Watching the video or not makes no difference to that. If you'd said that you were still recommending them because of their good service, or not because of lack of it, that'd be different.

Don’t act like you’re a saint—we’re all just ordinary people.

Sure, we're all ordinary people. But at least I don't trick people by recommending only things that cause me to get a kickback, and then withdraw by recommendation when that ends.

I missed this accusation. I'm nobody's alt, and I have no affiliation whatsoever with Virmach, or indeed any other provider except those I'm a customer of.

I've never had a service with Virmach, nor am I likely to. It's always interesting reading the BF threads though to see what craziness he's up to each year. It's a shame he never made an appearance this year.
