Looking for VPS in Portugal

I'm looking for a budget vps in portugal. I will be paying yearly. It is to be used for a reverse proxy so lots of ram are not important. Budget is sub €30. I'm aware that not many providers for portugal but Im hoping perhaps thats improved over last few years since I last checked.

Sadly I don't think any new providers appeared here since you asked last time.

I found @leapswitch has Portugal location, they seem to be using HostRoyale network there.

Their plans start at $9/m. I have no experience with them tho.

euronodes.com is the best option price wise. They use Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6142 CPU @ 2.60GHz, Geekbench 1018 (single) and 1822 (multiple) for the smalest plan.

They don't have yearly payment, but you can ask them. They use a prepayd system, you need to top-up before buying the vps.

Basically, yes! They have taxes (23% here). 1,23€. You can find some burocracy and may open a ticket if you're not receiving emails from the platform, also will need to add phone number. 5% commission when adding money. So I have paid for 3 months.
