  Hi All,

  All tickets will be cleared out by the end of the day. Almost all outstanding tickets are either BGP sessions (free addon) or double bandwidth, which while important is low priority.

  It's mostly my fault for not setting expectations properly on the setup/reply times for low priority/non-service impacting tickets.

  Everything will get sorted.
