    But as a customer, repeatedly defending a private entity/company is something I can't understand. If you are related, sure it makes sense. Else, you are just customer of them (among some thousands or hundreds), how come you are so attached to said company

    Am I defending them by saying if you charged it back and are still accessing/monitoring or whatever it is you are doing, then that is also not acceptable behaviour?
