  • Let me remember you who you defending have demanded to the staff:

    Friday 26th December 2025
    To Whom It May Concern:
We hereby issue this formal request that, within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of this notice, the following actions be taken:
    1. Reinstatement of Provider Tag Membership and credit for all days during which the membership was suspended.
    2. Locking of the post titled “Velox Media under new management” by a moderator to prevent further commentary.
    3. Publication of a pinned statement on the main page of your website for a minimum of fourteen (14) consecutive days, affirming that VeloxMedia is an approved and recommended provider on your platform, together with any additional explanation deemed appropriate.
Please be advised that VeloxMedia has recently undergone a corporate transition and is now owned by Velox Media Inc., 301 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, USA. This transition has not resulted in any changes to the products or services offered.
It is our position that the suspension of our provider tag has caused significant confusion within the community and has resulted in substantial actual and reputational harm to our corporation. On December 25, 2025, VeloxMedia was subjected to a coordinated attack throughout the day. We have identified at least two individuals, who are members of your website, as being involved in this activity. Furthermore, we have documented a comment referencing a network, and within nine (9) minutes of that comment being posted, the associated subnet was added to the attack.
In addition, we formally request your mailing address and legal contact information so that we may send a certified copy of this notice along with any additional legal documentation.
Failure to comply with this request will result in the filing of an official complaint and the pursuit of damages to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

I believe I don't need to quote every message in here.

If it isn't closed, there is a reason to not do it, where this is quite simple!

    Try to get there.

@VeloxMedia is banned, yet this still goes on, I don't get it.

So you can boot-lick a little more.

No need to demonstrate it again, we already know that your view is very simple black-and-white, friend-and-foe.

Actually @jsg if you just go through my posts in this thread way back, you will see I was the first person to figure out "they" were likely scammers, DURING their Black Friday scam sales, based on their bizarre, childlike but extraordinarily belligerent reaction to their system "undercharging" me by $13 or so.

All my posts after that set forth relevant legal and real world principles, stayed on topic and provided guidance in a largely futile effort to advance LET users' thinking and to save them their money.

I turned down Lewis' offer for "three times" what I had originally ordered, for free, and suggested instead that Velox do a giveaway of that offer to LET users. They did not.

This was my public way of accusing them of a scam without appearing to be "unfair" -- which only triggers the ever-present LET provider bootlicker crew.

Kudos to the few who figured it out in real time as well.

You continue to shill and make excuses. Why?

With "friends" like you, who needs enemies?

No matter how often idiots repeat it and insinuate it, I did not defend him/them, I merely didn't join your witch hunt.

As for their quoted demands, in part I can understand them, in part I simply take it as (sadly) normal company procedere. Will they actually pull through? I don't know, nor do I care to guess the outcome.

I'm not interested in war, especially not that kind of war. I'm interested in VPS - and the @VeloxMedia VPS I had/have/hope to keep is a nice deal and I'm happy with it (as well as with their support).

    Why you're still here then?

@jsg said: in part I can understand them, in part I simply take it as (sadly) normal company procedere

It would be impossible not to say you that this provider has no superiority within LET Staff.

Why do you defend a host who literally steals money from their clients?

Uhm, how can one even defend someone who isn't even present anymore? So, your insinuation is, pardon me BS and divisive.

But hey, just go on with your brave and virtuous battle ...

What? Ofcourse you can defend someone in their absence. What do you think lawyers or legal representation does? How is that bullshit?

I'm not brave, I'm not virtuous. Just coming for my money and standing up for my rights. They/he stole from me, like I have proven in this thread, as he has admitted to in this thread, Heck even took pleasure in doing so!

You accuse me otherwise? Please post proof of those allegations!

How is it decisive even if I chose to renew my services with them after they got discredited, ordered new services yet they cancelled my services and stole my money?

That was not the former owner. That was Eric. Or whoever he is.

These are facts. Documented in real time forever to remain.

Maybe your scope is limited but what happened has travelled far beyond LET by now and even those in doubt are like, there a couple weirdos on let still siding with a scammer. Go figure.

Just trying to get more money in while they still can. They still have time till they will eventually get shut down by their payment processors.

Also, can't prove yet, but pretty sure they're working on another host.

I think it looks like he is learning how to edit outputs from Bolt. Maybe he will even gather credits to prompt again for a better webpage or at least use free gemini tier for a code review.

I also noticed this when I was looking for who to contact to make a SAR request.

It was lewis@ ... Right? Want to send to both. If I do it now they/he has to comply before the chargeback window expires.

    What is a SAR request?

    What is a SAR request?

Under GDPR (or other local legislation, even in us like CA) you have the right to get a copy of all PII a company has on you, how they handle it and who they share it with. In short.

Don't want to elaborate too much why this matters as not to give them too much info.

Lol yeah. What's weird is the 'claimed' revenue they had when you look at the company.

Why would he be working at dash, doing Botox injections at all? As far I can tell he was/is just an employee, if real at all, maybe identify theft.

All other names that come up are conveniently picked to be easy to bury in SEO.

Not a single name making sense.
