Actually @jsg if you just go through my posts in this thread way back, you will see I was the first person to figure out "they" were likely scammers, DURING their Black Friday scam sales, based on their bizarre, childlike but extraordinarily belligerent reaction to their system "undercharging" me by $13 or so.
All my posts after that set forth relevant legal and real world principles, stayed on topic and provided guidance in a largely futile effort to advance LET users' thinking and to save them their money.
I turned down Lewis' offer for "three times" what I had originally ordered, for free, and suggested instead that Velox do a giveaway of that offer to LET users. They did not.
This was my public way of accusing them of a scam without appearing to be "unfair" -- which only triggers the ever-present LET provider bootlicker crew.
Kudos to the few who figured it out in real time as well.

As for their quoted demands, in part I can understand them, in part I simply take it as (sadly) normal company procedere. Will they actually pull through? I don't know, nor do I care to guess the outcome.
