I hope the issue will be resolved soon, but in the meantime, I encountered a situation where, after placing an order and registering as a new user, the funds for Offer Y - Y-2 were debited, but there is no account or emails. I wrote to support, hoping it's just a minor glitch in the system.

For all the people, DeluxHost promised to give gift to all users. But they have been ignoring people with order number commented in the thread like they don't exist. Disgusted by their behavior. People been waiting like 1 week or so, and DeluxHost don't care to let them know when they will get their bonus. They just say "Thanks for your order" and pretend other comments don't exist. Such unprofessional way of ignoring customers.
I opened a ticket regarding that, they took 2 days to reply and cold lied to me saying bonuses are being distributed at this moment (this was like 4-5 days ago).
Adding to that, I found my VPS's CPU performance was reduced, and some people commented it happened to them as well. And some reported internet disruption.
I really worried by some bad reviews might become true for me.

I'm sorry to read this, but I honestly don't see the point since 90% of the freebies have been given away.
We're doing this every three days, as it's not possible every day due to commitments and work we have to do for you, our clients.
Most of the people I've seen have had freebies assigned to them, they simply have to restart their server to display them.
Also, the freebies are random, while we care about your preferences, we can't please everyone, as clearly stated.
I hope you change your mind in the future.

So you telling me you giveaway bonuses to 90% of customers when I commented on page 3 out of 7 pages and still haven't received anything at all.

As a suggestion, if you’re not able to distribute the promised gifts in a timely and transparent manner, it would be better to remove the “free gifts for all users” statement altogether.
Leaving customers waiting for days without clear updates creates unnecessary frustration and false expectations. Clear communication would prevent most of these issues.
No one ever said freebies were instant, they take time, but they arrive.
