@x0x0x I joined LET because of deals from VeloxMedia. ><
Basically what he could mean here "We're clearing some of the VPSes from LET offers because they've already been paid for, so we can pretend we have lots of hardware acquired for new victims deals.
I mean, story was "taking over Lewis' hardware" then "it's on leftover hardware after a VMWare migration"... now it's "we have tons of new hardware ordered"... I mean, if you don't want to use the hardware after a takeover, you don't see the contracts as an assett or want to acknowledge them as customers, you're moving away from at least one networkprovider/DC... what did you take over...
Did they screw up by sending out cancellation notifications to customers with non LET deals?
@Eric: Massive Jock Jostler
It was all an exit scam from the start. There's lots of things that point to the current setup starting before BF, and zero evidence of a sale in December, just a few random things designed to throw us off the scent.
You see an amazing VPS deal on LET, you manage to nab one. Provider exit scams / deadpools. A few months later you manage to nab another amazing VPS deal on LET. VPS is delivered with the same IP address that the old VPS had. What do you do?
Lewis needed quick and easy money to support his lifestyle and to go on trips with his boyfriend
...
So I should start a business involving VPS!
If someone could post on WHT, thats the last place where deals posted end of october.
No exactly, like what did you actually plan on doing with the existing infrastructure if you weren’t buying the company. This guy is full of BS.
Increase the TTL on the DNS.
All he wanted to do was delay chargebacks.
@DP Whats about this tomharper, was a hostrep in the days.
Alt account of Lewis / VeloxMedia
Definitely a premeditated exit scam from Lewis. Reckon ‘Eric’ is just Justin Morgan. Just a not too bright guy who bought a pile of shit and likes to make his business sound a lot bigger and more precessional than it is.
All this because you guys couldnt handle a simple take over to new management, made assumptions, attacked the provider with DDoS attacks and now crying about it. Hows sitting in your own vomit taste?
Instead of blaming VM for the outcome, start blaming your follow LET members for taking it this far. The stupidity in this thread, BTW my services have been running great! See you on the flip!
I never quite understood what was going on there. He seemed to have nothing to do with Veloxmedia and then suddenly he took over from the main account mid-BF and was running all the sales and hype.
I'd already discounted Veloxmedia by that point, so I wasn't particularly paying much attention to how that switch happened.
But definitely worth checking if he ever shared an IP with Lewis.
FWIW: my VPS's product name does not contain the string 'LET', so maybe it won't be terminated. I'd be pleased to keep it. Not so much because I paid in advance for 3 years but because I actually like that VPS as well as the good support @VeloxMedia provided and presumably continues to provide. Besides it has an pretty good bang per buck ratio and quite decent connectivity.
@DP I wish you a speedy recovery
Have you just outed another of your alt accounts?
Stop sucking your own dick for a moment and look around. The guy dodged all of the genuine questions and created more drama.
Don't have high hopes that your deal will last long as he is randomly suspending and terminating deals to damage LET customers.
Before you're coming here in the last page, i'm inviting you to read the entire thread first.
Then, draw your own conclusions.
Reguards
Luckily...

Among 123 pages of chaos, this is definitely the gem
Better keep your distance from people like that in life.
A take over to new management that immediately says "we don't acknowledge the customers" and leave people who paid for a service in doubt if and until when the VPS that they've paid for will run.
Maybe a few assumptions were made, but mostly completely logical questions were asked, even help was given citing reliable sources. If people are stubborn enough to think they know better and threaten to delete accounts/services where people paid for, it's very, very stupid to think that people just leave it there.
It's something that Eric/Lewis/whoever stated - haven't seen any proof. Something like "I put a statement on this (public!!!) forum and 9 minutes later it stopped" isn't proof. Also if you can't see that from the "thousands" of customers of a provider there are only 2 or 3 doing a DDoS and they don't represent all the others is a bit limited thought, don't you think?
Great. I love the smell of rotting food. How is life when you cherry pick things that are positive for your statements and simply forget everything else? "No officer, I was really not looking on my phone at the moment I drove with 150 past that 70 sign. Maybe all the other times, but definitely not that moment, so you can't blame me for ignoring that sign. I've seen it."
I agree. But I think we mean different people.
Ah, so basically you're looking at it "I'm feeling fine, don't care how others are feeling". Good job.
I was on the "it may turn out OK" in the first place, kept it for quite some time. But Eric went from bad to worse to acting like a complete idiot. And still maintaining that they are "professional". No, saying that you leave this forum and returning within an hour, that's professional.
You shine like a gem too.
Who gets to volunteer to write the additional explanation? Maybe we could have a rotating carousel of user testimonials.
Look all these triggered lames LOL
Go enjoy your VPS while it lasts…
Being caught up in the incident, I ended up quoting AI advice while I was worked up. I didn’t realize at the time that dropping AI content into the LET forum was seen as off‑limits (though the official line is that I was just adding noise at the wrong moment). Later it clicked for me: LET is basically a sales platform plus an entertainment space, not somewhere to expect genuine everyday interaction—that’s just too much. So now the positioning is clear. Really, it was my own perception that was off, and I’ve learned from that.
