All about brand integration between our companies.
Yupp we need to make sure not to interfere with Lewis's agreements you have with him. He's still your DPO
One more evidence that you're selecting what do you want to read and see.
That's how the law works my brotha. You should hire an attorney to help explain it to you
You're not respecting your DPO!
A little while ago when it was "Andrew" that posted on the VeloxMedia account. I asked @DP an extremely simple question. Was the geo location different vs the one supposedly behind the "Eric" personality. Didn't get an answer.
I think this has been an exercise in data mining, coercion (remember the 1000 bucks to fix a ddos issue?), high effort trolling and outright attempting to rug pull once it's a little too late. Along with the emotional powered threats of culling everyone who came from LET (because the majority called it out and we're not happy with the unprofessional behavior).
I still think for the betterment of everyone. A ban should happen now, triggering the culling so everyone capable can do charge backs/disputes now rather than later. Anyone who paid in crypto is obviously shit out of luck. Of course this thread would explode with activity and then people can start raising complaints with the relevant bodies as the evidence is all in this wonderful 100 plus large thread.
Actually while based on what I know Lewis pretty much fucked up, he seems to not have been a bad guy. In fact, he even responded to my ticket in what must have been in his last hours as the guy running the operations.
So, why hitting at Lewis needlessly?
Btw. I don't care about your gold star.
You haven't seen the multiple posts from him with the discord dumps? Including every image with PII from a private server?
Also the fact he stated it's his company server that he has attorney on retainer
Links please.
Under the GDPR, any PII data concerning EU/UK citizens can only be held for justifiable business reasons established in the law and with the consent of the data subject. Any PII data needs to be deleted as soon as possible, and at a maximum of 30 days after that business use has ended.
Eric has stated multiple times that anyone who bought a server from Veloxmedia before he took over is not his customer. If this is true, he has no justifiable business reason to hold that data and it must be deleted immediately.
Eric's insistence that we are not his customers is exactly the reason he must delete our data.
That's interesting, I did not know that.
That's how you perceive it, I don't doubt that.
But your were asked concrete and simple questions by @VeloxMedia and I think you should answer them.
You have our data. You are the the relevant DPO.
You should sue. You have our info on your invoice. Hire an attorney and file the suit, quit talking about it
Be a darling and share a link so I can read all about it. I don't use discord myself, so I'm only hearing bits and pieces of he-said-she-said, I'm afraid.
has to be trolling. 107 pages of entertainment
First wait until the 30 days period is over, then make allegations. Btw, I don't think that Eric is all that interested in those data anyway. I guess he already has some mechanism created (or already in place) to delete those data from their systems.
Also btw, there also might be other laws and regulations for us-american companies requiring @VeloxMedia to keep the data or parts thereof for a longer time.
Whatever, the 30 days haven't passed yet.
People should chargeback. We're terminating LET orders
Then you can hardly speak of a "logo redesign". But it's good to know that those companies are connected.
When "you" first entered this forum: "Lewis is gone". Then it was still "he's cooperating in getting things transitioned". Later: "We haven't got access to Lewis' credentials for the payment processors" and "He's gone and out of the picture". Now basically you say: we still give Lewis an e-mail address.
I don't buy that crap.
LET kicking off 2026 with a bang!
Unfotunately I need to disconnect from the screen a few minutes, to make some popcorn and pop a can of soda... this is too good.
You don't have time to discuss remember. If you do have time you should look into the massive violation by @Saragoldfarb
Where?
For I think the 4th time where is it? Where has she done this?
There were "concrete and simple questions" asked to @VeloxMedia that still aren't answered or are different/not lived up to every few days.
Let's first get answers to those.
He is really selective, he does reply what is convenient and easy to start another circle.
They're not allegations, he's said he has our data, and says we're not his customers. It's clear cut. I'm simply informing him of his obligations.
Yes, as I've stated already, I'm waiting until 30 days since he obtained the PII has passed. At that point, it will be clear he has broken the law.
I hope that he will take remedial action before then, because that would be the best outcome for everybody.
@VeloxMedia is an idiot, simple as that.
I don't think VeloxMedia is an idiot. VeloxMedia has admitted to find this entertaining so I think VeloxMedia is a narcissist.
30 days not immediately. You even stated it here. Please cite where it says immediately.
Also please show me a single case where someone has data stored and wants it deleted and we haven't. We keep requesting for this info.
Pop a ticket with your account info and we'll delete it asap. We need to know which are EU/UK customers and GDPR required
