You placed an order. I'm not sure how much clearer we need to be here, it's been repeated 100 times. Your previous agreements were with lewis and not us, including any credits or whatever else. You just purchased services so obviously we charged the card.
You literally went through this yesterday and I explained were cancelling renewals which is why your charge yesterday didn't get approved. This wasn't a renewal and is approved as it's a service we set to auto approval.
And again you posted how fast and easy it was to buy, get setup and that it's incredibly fast. I'm very glad you're enjoying the service and we're glad to have you as a customer
