Is anyone offering PPTP or L2TP services? Long-term need.

No encryption is required, and 5-20 IP nodes need to be able to connect simultaneously.
The cheaper the price, the better, as I need this for long-term use.
Can be a shared IP

It can be Europe, America, or Asia. A bit more latency is acceptable,

  • Once searched too, but found nothing interesting. Anyway, its not that secure as wireguard or openvpn is.

    PPTP/L2TP in 2025 is a throwback.
I remember using these free L2TP VPN servers 10yrs ago and they still seem to be around: https://www.vpngate.net/en/

It can be specified in plain text; security considerations are unnecessary.

Thank you for letting me know. It appears that all L2TP settings on this website are currently invalid.
