  Once searched too, but found nothing interesting. Anyway, its not that secure as wireguard or openvpn is.

  PPTP/L2TP in 2025 is a throwback.
  I remember using these free L2TP VPN servers 10yrs ago and they still seem to be around: https://www.vpngate.net/en/

  It can be specified in plain text; security considerations are unnecessary.
