Hello. I still haven't received compensation for the downtime, initially due to the NVMe failure, then the migration, and later the TCP traffic issues caused by the IP address change (tickets #FNR-258530, #NEW-992830).
Hello, we are very sorry for the inconveniences that we've caused with the migrations, but we've done it to improve our stability and performance, and you should've benefit from this. Unfortunately, I've seen that you moved from Germany, and I would like to find out why. We are very proud of our new servers from Germany and the Netherlands, but after the migration you moved to US. Maybe there are too many details here in public, do you wish to talk with me on DM or a ticket?
I would like to see your issue with Germany network and try to fix it.

There is one issue with the new locations in Germany and the Netherlands that is specific to Russia. IP addresses from the 85.121.0.0/16 range are being blocked: the first few kilobytes of TCP traffic pass through, but then the connection is blocked. At the same time, UDP traffic is not affected.
