The two orders I purchased were both closed and I did not receive any refunds!

If he's refusing to refund you and terminated you without cause, do a chargeback.
The worst is you going to jail for fraud.

This post has a point though. There IS SOME double standard.
Yeah, but most of those other companies don't threaten to pull deals a couple of months in because they had seller's remorse. That's what got people's attention.
Most of those companies don't openly drag about violating the GDPR.
Most of those companies don't keep banging on about a hypothetical fraud if the customer did something (which AFAIK only one customer has even suggested, and as a joke to point out Veloxmedia's own double standards), while every single contract they've entered into was done fraudulently by passing off a sole trader as a company.
When people notice this in other companies, they do tend to call it out. Most of the time, though, those other companies just got about conducting themselves in a normal way and people don't bother to check these things. That doesn't mean they don't care.
Yes, I agree - on the other hand, double standard is also within the "new management" of VeloxMedia. About the changes, nothing can be read on the website, no information/message to current customers, etc etc. Then you can emphasize that you are taking on things on a professional level: as a customer this doesn't look like that at all. Apart from the mixed messages outed both here and on discord.
In most of the non 1st world countries its very hard to get chargeback from banks. And they know it..
If you terminate a service and don't refund, is that fraud @VeloxMedia?
Unfortunately, its not convenient for @VeloxMedia to answer all the questions that current and former clients ask.
Unable to apply for a refund, the bank has explained that we can only contact the merchant for communication
@VeloxMedia this chappie isn't happy:
I'm taking bets on whether Eric turns out to be Lewis who turns out to be Tom who turns out to be Andrew who all turn out to not be real people in the end.
As he stated, he contacted his bank for a chargeback. We terminated service. This process is between him, his bank and Lewis. He's not a customer of ours. As soon as we get any notice of a chargeback or case we terminate service so you're able to seek all legal recourse. This HELPS you because now you're able to claim you don't have service. You're more likely to get approved and everyone is happy. If his bank won't refund then he should seek legal remedies against Lewis as is his right. This has nothing to do with us.
Again there isn't a single person who isn't happy or has had their service terminated or anything. Yet there's dozens on here that state their service has been 100% operational this entire time and a few that had some issues during the network attack that we worked non stop to help resolve. Plenty of reports on here about us fixing issues and providing support to users.
There's not a single complaint on here about us not providing service or not responding to tickets or anything. Not a single issue about our compliance or finding our legal information or anything. 66 pages and I'm at a loss what all this is about.
In 2 weeks we're more authentic than any other provider on here. I'd love for someone to post every other "approved" provider's ICO registration and their corporation documents then start asking all the same questions. Because we've been verified.
Even more so because we've invested millions in infrastructure that we're building out in the coming weeks on our OWNED hardware with physical assets proving yet again we're a legitimate provider.
We're only terminating services from users who initiate a chargeback/case/dispute. This becomes a legal issue between the user, the bank and Lewis, nothing to do with us as the agreement was between them and Lewis. We're helping them win their case and helping them not commit fraud.
plenty on here said they got their refund instantly. Not sure why its very hard.
Everything is fully legal and 100% compliant with all US and GDPR. We aren't required to put anything on our website as they're not customers, customers get invoices with our info which is all properly registered and verifiable with all the agencies required.
People keep bringing up this email communication. We're not sure if we want to do this nor if we need to, we're waiting on our new GDPR specialists to confirm since Lewis wasn't properly registered. But regardless we have 30 days and plenty of time which we plan on using it all to finish our organizational structure and better plan for the future
I thought @VeloxMedia said he wasn't commenting here anymore 🤔
Do you really believe in that? Just check below...
This entire discussion has multiple clients unhappy with your service and your provision.
You're terminating services without noticing customers and not even refunding. You or Lewis (i don't know who am i talking now), should refund. You're the incompetent one at the end of the day. And even though it continues to tarnish the company's identity.
I'm telling you again you are refusing to reply questions just because is not convenient to.
Y'all need answers, urgently.
Y'all need your communications to be formal, via email, per example.
How does this work? Are other people who bought VPS from Lewis (the ones you are hosting) now your customers or not? Why is he not your customer?
Really earning everyone's trust here with this continued defensive "I'm not the bad guy stop!" style of PR... Whilst I understand that you do lock and suspend everything when someone charges back. You don't do that to someone who hasn't received their services. You cancel and refund... Or if they failed fraud protection then you explain that and again refund.
Also proving my earlier criticisms... I don't think you know what you are doing.
Every provider here is verified when they get their provider tag. Your provider tag was suspended and a different company is behind the account, hence you're not authentic; in other words, the proper conclusion would be: any other provider around here is more authentic than you are.
My vps with velox is super fast now, highly recommend
Looking at these tickets.
When was the server terminated? When was the exact moment? If it was when you asked for a refund then I do not believe @VeloxMedia us being honest and this thread should be flagged again and the account banned.
You're telling what he really want to be. Also closing this discussion will be bad since he is still doing what he want. At least, keeping him unbanned and not closing this is still good for the community.
I don't believe he will take provider tag back again. Him reputation is already too tarnished.
Show me any other person unhappy in these comment. This one filed a chargeback and has to work with the bank and legal system to get their money back from Lewis. How am I to help in this situation? There's no way I can give a refund as its not my payment system and I don't have access, this is between him, his bank, the payment provider and lewis. We don't fit into this equation. We terminated his services so he can now get approved for his chargeback and file legal action or do whatever he needs to.
He should post screenshots from the tickets
If the bank doesn't refund will you restore the service?
Since what you already said that you will terminate services, people just dont believe in you already, not even me. It makes sense that this user already chargeback after you have terminated.
Telling you this almost for the 3rd time:
Dont even tell us that you dont have access to any payment gateway, when you already have access to the emails.
No, we can't tell what happens. Once they take legal action they need to continue using their rights against Lewis to be made whole. We're out of the equation.
Emails don't give you access to a credit card payment system that's linked to bank accounts, tax info and everything else. I can't get into someone's bank account just because I have their email address, even if I could its not legal, and payment gateways are basically banks.
We don't need another Calin. Closing this thread and banning the VeloxMedia account is exactly what needs to happen if this customer here was terminated because the guy wanted a refund, and was denied, and had his servers terminated, because he asked for his money back.
That's pretty fucked up amigo... That's not how you do business. Or fix your reputation. Or good public relations.
I didn't ask you. You have a PR nightmare to solve. Fix it. Professionally.
And professionally speaking. You look like you're panicking still. So jog on. Sort your shit out.
