  • I used another account to submit tickets, but why were they closed without a reply? My account has inexplicably disappeared, and I can't log in. My email is [email protected]. Could you please tell me the reason?

The other to tickets were most likely closed since we can't take action on an account from another ticket, opened by an email not related to that account.

I took a look and can verify your account with that email exists, but it does not have any services.

You will need to track down what account you created to order services. Or you can reply to one of the invoice emails you got. If you did not get any invoice emails it's most likely a typo in the email when signing up.

Hi @phenic, your ticket was sitting in the Sales queue, and we recently had a surge in support tickets, so Sales wasn’t actively processed during that time.

I've moved it to the correct department now so it can be handled quickly. Sorry about the delay :)

Your company really needs to hire more staff; the work order processing is incredibly slow, and I'm getting impatient.

This might need to be handled differently.
All tickets should be looked at and assumed that they might not be in the correct department.
    Then categized accordingly.
Doing that can also help fix common issues quicker and shorten the que quicker.

Both my servers there were down for a week due to a stupid mistake on my part (pushing a config to all my VPSes without testing which ended up breaking networking on all of them), but they recently replied to my ticket and said that VNC has been fixed, and sure enough it was.

I'm gonna be honest here. During BF after seeing everyone fighting to get their 14 bucks / year VPS deal, I thought they are good and decent.

It's been 2 months since BF where they claimed there is a huge demand and they are busy and they need more time to fix stuff.

2 months later, VPS can't be pinged, not even sure when it went down as it was idler, panel shows server online and offline randomly, CPU usage goes between 100% and 8% randomly also.

VNC Console can't reach to server. Reinstalling server does nothing. I can't ping the server.

So practically I can't control VPS at all.

TBH I thought they are decent, turns out their VPS is just shit

    Stay away.

Edit: To be fair, I requested refund for the server I bought during BF deals after the issue with the server, and I got response and refund in 10 minutes. Thanks for that.

It’s only 1.3 months since Black Friday.

Our VPS has been stuck in powered off state since Christmas.
We don’t even have panel, because VNC doesn’t work so there’s no way to perform initial installation.

Another overhyped newbie hoster. Not sure why they were so popular in the megathread, may be its the spaceX claims. The yearly VPS seems to always have 90% of memory in use (it only has the bare OS template installed and nothing else so far) and they have already taken two months of payments for the dedicated server that never came to be.

Terrible hoster, would stay away. Learned my lesson.

@keoir can you please look at ticket number 18054 for refund and cancellation? thanks

It was broken for a while but it was fixed for me recently. Is VNC still non-functional for you?
