    We were told that IPv6 in Houston has arrived.
    However, there’s no change for the broken VNC viewer.

  • @DartNode It's been almost a month since I purchased the VPS, and it still hasn't been delivered to me. My support ticket has gone unanswered for three weeks. This is absolutely outrageous! Ticket #16665

    Took a look and it seems the ticket was in sales, we've been working hard to get the support queue down, and we're not working on the sales queue.

  • I just received the server configuration information and went up to check that the server was offline. The options for power-on and restart operations did not respond. Also, is the order renewal time calculated according to the start-up time, or is the 22-day fee refunded?

  • Block storage still not delivered. And it says I will be billed on 1st Jan.

    Same here block storage is not delivered. And also said I can't request for refund anymore because it has past the 7-day refund period lol. I'm asking them whether they can delay my next invoice because I've not even received my full package yet, still waiting their reply on this.

    Just got my refund. I made the purchase on Dec 1.

  • If some are asking for refunds, maybe other orders in queue will get provisioned faster.

    Maybe link to their post here and note it was via a LET posted deal. Requested a refund 2 days ago as disk still not delivered, they’d processed it in like 10 mins.

  • Have not received the block storage and they already sent notice for next billing cycle. Isn't there laws to protect us from such scummy behavior?

    To be fair it is a $99/year dedi so I don't expect stellar support, but a month long "backlog" is a bit crazy..

    Not only is VNC broken, but also the machine won't power on anymore.
