You took a hypothetical scenario too seriously.
Also maybe I had fuck you money in that hypothetical scenario?
It doesn't matter we all agree this business is fucked and if the current owner doesn't want to provide his real name, his business registration, his experience and his plans then anything anyone says doesn't matter and I think people should back up and start asking for their money back.
Very much wishful thinking, as much as my hypothetical scenario. It's clear Lewis didn't give a fuck. This new one doesn't have any tact or sense...
If you had a contract with a sole trader, now taken over by someone who prefers to remain anonymous and now has access to your data, I'd assume not only is a refund not out of the question but also that this whole thing might be very illegal.
Not an expert in this, but this whole affair, especially as a sole trader, and the buyer remaining anonymous, is a legal mess.
Nice catch.
extacly!
Yes of course. How else can I register the name, obtain licensing, copyrights, insurance and everything else. Obviously its separate from anything else. No one runs multiple businesses under the same corporate structure, at a minimum you still legally need to file a DBA and other legal paperwork.
So again since everyone is in such a rush to ask all this info. How much time is reasonable to get all this information together, filed, and processed with the US government and state government during the holidays? Especially with the state of our government
If velox is really operating at a massive loss, it wouldn't make sense to tie it to another existing company, it'd be better to legally register it as a new entity. Plus we already know how sketchy lewi was with his invoices etc.
And it's literally quicker to type your legal name and company name than type that excuse.
You are being deliberately obtuse.
Understood. So the information about BENTHOST LLC is incorrect?
Yeah, that guy had far too much fun in the dick drawing games. No way he's a real provider.
Oh damn it, he might be on to something...
How do you tie a company to another company without filing with the government? How long do you expect this process to take during christmas?
But .. didn't you do this BEFORE the keys changed hands?
If the old owner is gone, and the new owner doesn't exist yet, who owns it right now?
Why can't you just tell us exactly who you are and what your business name is and what plans and experience?
You've got plenty of time it seems to reply to this thread. You can do yourself a favor. If you don't want to do that then everyone in this entire read has every right to criticize the shit out of you and it's very fair. You've dodged my questions about who you are at every moment.
It's really not that hard.
@MaxTakeba probably
Wtf catching strays
You are the one who claim to be experienced.
You are the one who claimed to have an existing company called Benthost.
You are the one who claimed that your existing company bought this out.
Why are you suddenly needing to create a US corp?
But since you ask, I don't know about US corps, I'm not in the US. A cursory google search shows that to incorporate in Delaware takes about 2-3 days.
Personally, I'm in the UK. Where, if Lewis had wanted to do the right thing and set up a limited company which would have solved all of these problems, it would have cost £50 and would take one working day. So you could have done it on either the 22nd, 23rd or 24th, all of which were business days. I know exactly how long it takes in the UK, because I've done it before.
So if the transfer is not finalised, you can still back off from this mess. There is still time for you to get out of this mess.
I thought that was his surprised but happy face...
How to hide this topic ? I'm tired to see this on top ...
A holding company that I purchased and wont exist next week... wanna guess the name?
This is all standard business processes.
If I tell you guys the name then tomorrow say the company name is VeloxMedia you guys will be confused and think I'm scamming because its confusing. But this is how it works in business because you need to hold assets while they're setup then transferred and setup properly. I'm not hiding anything just not explaining it until we have it all properly finalized.
ITS BEEN 3 DAYS!!! ITS CHRISTMAS!!!
Yeah. Ironically, if Lewis had done the sensible thing and run Veloxmedia as a company from the outset, a change of ownership doesn't need any fanfare, because the company would in theory carry on exactly as before. Running stuff as a sole trader is the most idiotic thing you can do unless you are a tradesman dealing with occasional infrequent jobs, never want to employ anyone to help and never want to pass on your business to someone else.
If you are a us citizen then one day should be enough.
3 hours down
Is it @MaxTakeba ?
I love the way they streamline things. Its incredible that there are still unanswered questions and this man is refusing to answer properly. Still playing with serious matters.
Im really grateful that ive ditched VeloxMedia in the perfect time.
Furthermore, Ill say that deleting my data (which i dont know if it will be completely deleted, there may be backups) will not solve everyones problem!
Must be MJJs furiously pinging their machines to check if they haven't deadpooled yet

You can call IRS they will be happy to help you, but avoid calling during peak hours.
Also surprisingly more and more forms can be filled online.
Its allpart of the master plan!
You must have great law firms and accounting to get it all done same day then filed. I didn't even know the state can process same day
