    I opened the ticket on 2nd Dec 2025, and you asked questions about why I wanted a refund then. I answered all of your questions. The reason I post it here because you haven't answered the ticket since 6th Dec 2025, and the ticket was closed today at 10th Dec 2025, and yet I still haven't received my refund.

    if your unable to install the wiregaurd its your fault mate not our service agent asked you for the help and also offers your a installation of wireguard but you just need refund!! so atleast wait for our team response !! LET is not our helpdesk, please avoid ordering if you dont know basic how to do installation!! i just refunded the amount
