    They would answer withing 6/8 hours on average, so not the quickest.

    you can simply enabled it own goto vps configration and enable tun/tap by defult its enabled but sometimes it doesnot load the module just save it and stop and start the vps it will load the module

    I bought a $7 one-year French server, but they limited the number of ports and only a few ports can be used, and after installing the server, the connection is very slow. I hope at least this problem can be fixed.

    It is a NAT vps , so the ports will be limited

    Please refund my order, ticket #507890. Please honor the "2-day risk-free refund" that you stated on the package.

    I opened the ticket on 2nd Dec 2025, and you asked questions about why I wanted a refund then. I answered all of your questions. The reason I post it here because you haven't answered the ticket since 6th Dec 2025, and the ticket was closed today at 10th Dec 2025, and yet I still haven't received my refund.
