Oh I definitely agree. Wouldn't go overboard ordering services from new hosts. Maybe once they'd been around for a couple of years .

So, he actually is working to keep things up and running and that hours before Christmas eve. IF he were a scammer he'd be very, very unlikely to do that.

Let me help you - and us - out by doing something many seem to not have done: to look at it from the other's perspective.
You only (or at least mainly) see your side that is, how many $$ and time you've invested - but you seem to largely fail to see our side. And vice versa, many here seem to only or at least mainly see our interest and problems like we paid and want our service(s) to work and keep running.
Plus the "LET mob factor" ...
Your maybe worst mistake was to not introduce yourself properly, to not give us say, five to ten lines of "Hi, my name is ..., I took over VeloxMedia because ..., and my plans roughly are .... Oh, and I have ... years of experience in ... [hopefully hosting related]".
Why? Because the way you actually handled it so far risks to boil down to "VeloxMedia has a new owner. You (customers/LETsters) know NOTHING about him, not even his full name and are forced to basically play roulette. Maybe the money you paid will be lost, just like whatever you happen to run on your server(s) with us, maybe not, only time will tell"
yet, at the same time, you seem to expect not only some patience but even trust - based, again, on pretty much nothing.
Of bloody course that doesn't sit well with us! Of course - this is LET, after all - that creates vague and wild assumptions and mistrust which increasingly turns into "He's likely a scammer!"
Plus, what you see as "I'm working my ass off even during the holidays! What the hell could they possibly complain about?!" we see as "we paid and we expect the services we paid for to work. So, him working on keeping the operations afloat and working is just bog normal. Why the hell does he expect anything beyond having paid from us?"
TL;DR The new VeloxMedia owner so far seems to be an ignorant idiot in PR but NOT a scammer. He seems to be actively working hard to keep everything working and to have constructive and good intentions.
Yes, he looks like an idiot in some regards but all the mistrust and yadda, yadda here, although not completely unmerited, does NOT help!
In the end it's simple. IF he were a scammer all the yadda yadda here won't save us. And if he is not and actually has good intentions - as I presume, not without reason - all the time he spends here responding is time he doesn't have to do the work we ALL want and need to be done as well and as soon as possible.
So, VeloxMedia, give us the fucking couple of lines about yourself, your experience, and your plans, already!

Side note: The reason for my server having been down was indeed what I guessed and wrote. They (Lewii or Eric) migrated my VPS to another node. Disk was SATA and is NVMe now (as seen by the OS).
