I still see 2000GB in the dashboard instead of a doubled bandwidth 4000GB..
Is this an error or thats how it works?

Ordered the Storage Promo Essentials BF 2025, had many problems (1st host network overloaded (40ms to 1st hop), 2nd host disk performance bad(<20 Megabytes/second)) and got refunded.
Their CEO was honest and offered a refund as best solution. In my opinion this is the 2nd best solution after providing the service you advertised and promised.
I guess their regular VPS are working much better than the storage vps, but in this case they failed and their processess to delete rdns records also failed.
The ip of my old vm has already been assigned to a new customer and is still using my domain's rnds.

Thank you very much for this honest review.The past month has been a huge learning experience with the expansion we had. We have definitely had some missteps, but I am quickly rectifying those. For customers such as yourself, I hope to earn your business again soon once we have things more dialed in, which is not far off. Currently, we are upgrading all storage nodes so the issue you experienced does not continue to happen. I'll check on the RDNS now to make sure that fully gets removed.
