It's fixed now, but was unusable for 1.5 days or so, and wasted me a fair bit of time. Maybe you can add some goodies onto my account (extra RAM/Storage/BW) or something? Or extend the service expiry a bit? And add IPV6.

Thanks, but your team already refunded me, so at least that is good. Just curious if the virtualizer panel being disabled for security reasons is just for me or for everyone and for all the products you sell. When you said bandwidth doubled, IPv6 assigned, etc., I couldn’t find any of this info from the billing panel.

Okay, all good. Just wanted to make sure it all got sorted one way or another. So it's not just you, we do disable it for everyone. However, we are going to update the module shortly so it's either a different message or the option is not even there it has caused some confusion for customers. Do you have any suggestions on that? For the bandwidth, it is under Graphs --> Bandwidth Statistics. For IPv6, to know what your IP address is, it's under Firewall ----> and then the drop-down menu for IP Address. We are going to update the module soon so it's more user-friendly and intuitive.
