The bad news is everyone's agreements/contracts/money is with Lewis and he's gone. He setup tons and tons of packages so there's a lot of stuff to dig into still so bear with me for a bit as I work to find a solution moving forward.
Can you give a bit more detail please? Some of us have paid for 3yr, and maybe longer, plans.

This reads as if you do not intend to honor the contracts for customers moving forward. Please declare your intentions.
Good luck legally being allowed to use that customer data, if they really going to try and say the contracts are only with Lewis, that's a massive GDPR breach for anyone in the UK, customer data for transferred without warning or notice.
Also for a small note, the billing email for paypal was
[email protected]so the new owner may have to respect those contracts, Because if people start charge backing, its going get them banned on paypal and it'll end up a blacklisted domainwhat contract?

Not only if they say so. Lewis was the sole trader of VeloxMedia, if the new owner received any data already, which he most likely have, that's already a GDPR breach.
There are always two people appearing who are actually the same person bebind the scene who seek the way to overcome financial difficulty, scam or get out of bad reputation. I don't think the new(not really) owner keep the original price.

personally, I think they can try to argue it was poor management about the disclosure if they respect the contracts, as the data would still be consented to via the contract, if they don't respect the contract then they are holding a expensive lawsuit or a bomb.
Considering the invoices were marked as veloxmedia and not Lewis directly, I don't think it gives Eric a easy way out.
He simply gave me access to the systems and I'm trying to prevent everything from being shut down. Everything prior to 12/21/25 was Lewis's and everything new from 12/25/2025 will be mine.
