Question about Ivacy account port to PureVPN
So I just found out yesterday that Ivacy was acquired by PureVPN some time ago. I contacted PureVPN's support to ask if they could port my lifetime account from Ivacy with Port Fowarding. Received no response whatsoever but got an e-mail this morning with a welcome letter from PureVPN. Logged in to my account via forgot password and checked my subscription and it was for 5 years with port forwarding, not lifetime. Is it the same for those who have ported the same types of account to PureVPN? Can I contact them before the subscription expires to renew it for free just like how Ivacy did it? I hope someone here can answer my question because it's just dead silence from PureVPN support.

Thank you for this, the thread gave me some idea. I'm glad they still ported my account, didn't know the acquisition happened late 2024 and we're entering 2026 now, lol.
