I created Ticket #AHY-715085 on December 6th requesting a refund for the VPS. Since then, they have replied a couple of times saying that they had forwarded the issue to their colleagues, and that's it — no further responses.
@Chunkserve - VPS is down since half a month and no reply on the ticket yet.

Recenly some cases got delayed (especially ones regarding billing) cause of my colleague avaliability. Regarding the service, I sorted the problems out.
The problem with manage panel (virtualizor) is ongoing - we're running multiple virtualizor clusters, and on one of them (11 nodes), 1 node is in crashed state and requires a reboot (couple of Proxmox services crashed) - all VMs works fine, however the management layer is impacted. On that node, there are just couple of servers for managed customers, and we already planned a maintenance window to do the activity. Strangely, when this issue started to happen, Virtualizor on the master server stopped responding. After restart, it works for couple of minutes, but after +- 10minutes it stops - and requires a manual restart. We do not see naything in logs and the service is reported as up - that's why we raised a ticket to mitigate this problem. I have some guessess why it may happen.
I repleid to you before I saw the comment, so according to the message, I swapped the IP and now will look into that specific /32 further. Please let me know if everything is fine now for you!
Haha, yes... if you count "forwarded to colleague" as processed. But now your colleague should finally have time to fix the nameservers
