Yeah or at least look closely at the account(s)/server(s) to see if there's any abuse. I totally can see "legit" reasons for so many but also can think of many "non-legit" reasons for so many.

I think it can only be acting as a reseller for accounts, just because it's so hard for 90% of Chinese citizens to pay in USD. If this is the case, in the ideal world, he's legitimately creating with correct KYC for all these customers, paying the bill in USD and then just sticking the invoice number on here to double BW as part of the service. Quite possibly he uses one of the many email redirection services, so he creates an e-mail, handles the account creation and then transfers the e-mail account to the purchaser. Perhaps RN doesn't really care if the KYC isn't done properly.
I can't think of any legitimate reason for someone to want this many servers for one company. If it was to get 1000+ IP addresses, it'd probably only be for e-mail spam purposes, and even then it'd be far cheaper just to lease a /22 and BGP it to a dedi. There's a newish crypto that needs lots of IPs, but I think they're banned at RN anyway.
So really, only reselling to individuals makes sense. Maybe he just offers to post the invoice numbers for a small fee and isn't otherwise involved - I know FAT32 recently mentioned LET tightening up checks on new accounts and maybe they just want doubling but don't want the hassle of signing up to LET for a single post.
Yeah, but I think that's typical of a lot of MJJs - the single reason they are on LET is to participate in the doublings and/or giveaways. Even quite a few people here from last year only really do the RN threads and don't look at anything else.
Anyway, it's all good. I'm sure that even if he gets in the position for a prize, if Dustin DMs him and he never replies he'll contact the next person instead. If he does reply, then it makes sense for Dustin to reward him, if for no other reason that he's pushed a lot of business his way, and a prize will encourage that even more for next time.
I think summer in the UK is pretty good. 18-28 is a pretty good range of temperatures. Beyond 15 I just feel cold all the time, and it's often below 5 in the winter here. I kind of hate winter as I just hibernate and home and barely do any exercise.
But sadly I'm not great at too hot, even though I'm happier. When I'm in Asia, above about 32, I'm sweating a lot, and while I gradually learn to accept that after about a month, it's still grim just going out to a walk around town, doing nothing but light walking and your T-shirt is drenched in sweat. If my body would just stop sweating, I'd really like that temperature!
And the wind. The UK has too much icy cold wind. But you're right, on a still winter's day, it's really nice. Going for a walk in the snow with the sun shining and no wind is heavenly.

Hehe, I first created an account for a RN thread but I do venture to other threads. Probably like every few days to a week between visits when it's not BF/NY time. Commenting varies though, depending on if I have a comment or any input.
