    The CPU shown on our website is the "most likely" CPU for a service to be placed on. We guarantee 3.5Ghz+ Core speed and other factors which this CPU meets.

    If you open a ticket I can see if a 7945HX server has room for you but I don't understand the need to move when the 7940HX is only ~5% performance difference.

    We are currently dealing with a hardware failure and your server was moved to the next nearest available server. Open a ticket and wait for support if you really need the 3.5Ghz base clock. Otherwise the 5950X will do just as well for you. LET is not the place to request support.

    He literally said he's dealing with hardware failure,

    There are 2 options:
    1. Keep your server down until he buys/fixes a new node
    2. move you to any other working server so you can continue using your server

    If you want the first one im sure they can do that.

    I bought hosting in June, and yesterday at 9:00 PM my service was blocked without any notification or explanation. I opened a support ticket, but no one has responded and it's been over 24 hours. I do not recommend this service – it's a scam hosting provider.

    I am sorry nobody has responded to your ticket. I would recommend reading your email though as we have sent more than 3 emails to clients with migrated services.

    I have been extremely busy and haven't answered tickets today yet since I've been working on another project all night and throughout the day until absolutely passing out at my desk so...

    I'll get around to tickets when I can. Please check your email, and don't assume things without doing at least a little bit of looking first. Sheesh.

    That doesn't mean it's ok not to answer the ticket. I don't blame Alex, but my VPS has been down for 6 days also, with no ticket reply. I checked with Terabit, and they weren't doing the migration. It's planned, but not yet, which means this one is on Alex.

    Luckily, I'm idling it, so I don't care much.

    We have a single node in Germany dead on Hardware failure. We are awaiting a replacement from our provider currently. They have provided no update for days now. On top of that, I have been basically stuck in bed sick for the last week. I am working through tickets as quickly as I can at this moment.
