Im sure the vps I got here was suppoed to be UK but it's still located in Germany... any chance of that being changed?

That doesn't mean it's ok not to answer the ticket. I don't blame Alex, but my VPS has been down for 6 days also, with no ticket reply. I checked with Terabit, and they weren't doing the migration. It's planned, but not yet, which means this one is on Alex.

Luckily, I'm idling it, so I don't care much.

We have a single node in Germany dead on Hardware failure. We are awaiting a replacement from our provider currently. They have provided no update for days now. On top of that, I have been basically stuck in bed sick for the last week. I am working through tickets as quickly as I can at this moment.

No problem, as I said, I don't blame you. There was another downtime in Germany before this one, so I assumed it's something related to hardware. I hope you will get well soon.

I have a vps with terabit 6 days ago.

The service is very poor compared to my enzonix service (e5 vs ryzen 7950) so I wish to cancel my service and exercise my right to be deleted.

Terabit claims: "Your billing will continue with Enzonix until I finally get approval to complete some sanity tests and migrate everyone over."

When I try to login to enzonix my acct seems to be gone. Old password doesn't work. Password request won't send to my email.

Who has my client data and how do I have it removed? This seems to be bordering on identity theft and I'm very unhappy about it.
