Please pointed out if there's any false accusation?
I input my requests and reasons for refund in the field labled "Reason for cancellation". And without any replies to my request, my service was cancelld and no refund. @NDTN said the field is not the correct place to submit my refund request. But do customers know that by default????
This is a panel from another provider, but if it says "immediate" you can expect it to be cancelled immediately. Also, please note that this is a cancellation request, not a refund request.

This community needs some bot to summarise walls of text immediately as they are posted. If @jbiloh has interest in AI that much, maybe he can provide some way out of this jar of pickles. If content reaches a certain size due to AI slop, then have bot to act automatically using AI to summarise it into a human readable format.

People writing posts use LLMs to generate a wall of text from their couple sentences, and people reading posts use LLMs to turn that wall of text back into a couple sentences before reading it.

The button "Cancellation" mean "Deletion". So you requested deletion and confirmed with the system, all executed automatically, what else?
Then you sent ticket, they said "We'll get back to you soon" means "We'll reply you soon", not "we'll refund you". I didn't see anywhere they said they will refund, but replied clearly they don't provide refund.
It is the "reason" of your cancellation. The system process your deletion first, then collect your "reason" for the company. You put wrong words in wrong place, not their responsibility.
I believe most English user knows the meaning of "Cancellation" and "reson".
You misread again here. He explained why providers don't change E-mail for you, because it may lead to scam, not means you are scammer.

We're already paying for it, just indirectly. Everyone is becoming addicted and dependent on LLMs to do their thinking for them. It's all about control.
Right, but how would most English users read a phrase like "request xyz"? To me that sounds like a request for xyz to be processed at some later time (maybe after being reviewed), like in "request refund". So why would "request cancellation" be different?
I don't think the interface is as clear as most people here claim it is (unless you are familiar with the product behind it).
Meanwhile AI is actually making people dumb, as they outsource all their thinking to it.
