    I have issued the refund for both services. Please allow 3-5 business days for our payment processor to release those funds.

    Done with this company totally no response or timeframe

    Nope u needed it for a project and I ordered 30th November by what Adam told me they would take 24/48 hours going with a Dutch provider

    Yes, Dutch vendors do have some cost-effective machines. Dartnode is truly awful. Even if they have too few people to handle the orders, they should have planned to limit the number of orders and schedule the order completion process from the beginning, instead of making users wait indefinitely.

  • Came to this thread to leave feedback after 2 weeks of waiting. Never received the purchased product till now. The support is awful. Sales reached out after 2 days, and I haven't heard back from them. I even wanted to pay another $400; luckily, this hasn't gone through, and I've opened a dispute, waiting for review.

    Waiting till Monday next week. If they reply and process, well and good. If not, will ask for refund.

    Good Morning Everyone :smile:

    Sorry for the delay in providing an update. We're a small team of 5 people and have been with our heads down trying to solve the deployment issues, along with network issues in Orlando (US-EAST). Please find updates below:

    • East Network is now up and operational. The original ISP we selected ended up being horrible, even though it was a premium blend of upstream. We had Cogent run an emergency connection for us, and we're up and running.
    • We're working on getting IPv6 up and running in KC (US-CENTERAL) and Orlando (US-EAST).
    • We're down to about 40 tickets out of 800 from last week, and are addressing the issues with customers as we get to the tickets.
    • US-CENTERAL is full on disk space, and we're working on deploying an additional 100 TB of usable space to that location
    • US-EAST is fully operational, and we're working on deploying any lost VMs or VDS orders that got stuck

    Again, let me reiterate, we're honoring refunds and waiving the 7 days. So if you want a refund once your order is deployed, you can request it without any heartburn from us :smile:

    As for US-WEST Deployments:

    • We're still planning on deploying US-WEST before the end of the month, but being realistic, it will be going into January with the Holidays and also equipment needs.
    • We have all the Intel Golds on order and got shipment notification last night
    • All Pre-Orders will be processed once we get the POP ready and online

    Again, I know this will not get your server online faster, but I am sorry about the delay in deployment and the communication here on LET. We're continuing to work around the clock to get everything deployed, while also working on getting your tickets answered.

    If you have questions, feel free to shoot me a DM, I am going to keep LET open while I work through more bugs and get you all online :smile:

  • Please process my support ticket as soon as possible. I haven't received any updates for four days now.
    The VDS I purchased still hasn't been activated.

  • Please prioritize fixing the VNC functionality

    I believe that was specifically in reference to the us-west preorders though, not the rest of the Black Friday sales.
