Update on my end. They reached out to me, asked if I want a different service. Well I signed up for 9950x Slice and I guess they ran out of capacity so I got a refund instead.
I have issued the refund for both services. Please allow 3-5 business days for our payment processor to release those funds.

Yes, Dutch vendors do have some cost-effective machines. Dartnode is truly awful. Even if they have too few people to handle the orders, they should have planned to limit the number of orders and schedule the order completion process from the beginning, instead of making users wait indefinitely.
Came to this thread to leave feedback after 2 weeks of waiting. Never received the purchased product till now. The support is awful. Sales reached out after 2 days, and I haven't heard back from them. I even wanted to pay another $400; luckily, this hasn't gone through, and I've opened a dispute, waiting for review.

Again, I know this will not get your server online faster, but I am sorry about the delay in deployment and the communication here on LET. We're continuing to work around the clock to get everything deployed, while also working on getting your tickets answered.

I believe that was specifically in reference to the us-west preorders though, not the rest of the Black Friday sales.
