Enzonix acquired to Terabit CLoud, Horrendous performance downgrade!

My sites were not reachable from enzonix servers only to find out ip and everything changed plus ssh keys reset, all files are gone! How is this even migration??

And look at this yabs, I just can't believe what I'm seeing here.

It's very likely you received the information as @wadhah had begun the transfer process. This is common to receive a set of information, and we then suspend both sides to begin an uninterrupted data transfer process, and it's something that emails were sent out via Enzonix about as well prior.

Please let me know your ticket number, and we can take a look and let you know.

  • You already posted the exact same thing in the appropriate thread https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/210378/enzonix-acquired-by-terabit#latest

Not sure why you also felt the need to create another thread. And I'm saying that as someone who posted a similarly bad yabs a couple up from you.

I was just speaking to @wadhah and we did locate your VM. We also confirmed your data was migrated.

That said, we also see that about 49 minutes ago you began a reinstallation of your entire VM:

That would be why you are missing your data, not because we did not migrate it, but you reinstalled your own system.

Our support ticket system is located at https://support.terabit.io/, please feel free to open a ticket and if the node you were on still has the data we could re-migrate it for you.

Hi @azamatsh, I migrated all your data.

You reinstalled your server after I migrated your data, I migrated your data 18 hours ago, you reinstalled your server 53 minutes ago.

If you want me to migrate your data again, let me know in a DM or ticket and I will, but please don't rebuild the server this time.

The IO is slow because everyone is migrating their data and yabsing at the same time, it will increase dramatically after the first couple days.

It doesn't matter what you send on email, its all gone regardless, look at the performance of the terabit cloud vps, what I agreed and purchased is gone, do I cancel and move on or you provide me what I purchased as spec?

  • If you don't give the provider a fair chance, you can expect an unfavorable outcome.

Your words sounds harsh to me, while the provider is trying to help you, but maybe that's just me

I just can't believe you trying to flip this on me now, unbelievable, yes because ssh keys were removed and I couldn't access the server, was I suppose to access the server with some other way around? So i have no access so having backup my choice was to just accept this mess and see what new server performs, and voila, the 30mb read and write speed.

Listen I would want you to stay with us, but if you don't want to that's totally fine. I'm just worried about your data, do you want me to migrate it again? It'll take 20-30 minutes and both your servers will be down at that time to reduce data corruption risk.

That way you can take a backup of your data and migrate it somewhere else if you want.

I'm not sure what you mean by "flip this" on you? I will assume you read your email about the migration. If you attempted to authenticate and your data was not there, I would assume you would contact our support team and inquire so we can promptly look for you and if necessary do a full restoration again while the data still exists on the old node. I simply stated that you didn't contact our team, and you chose to rebuild your VM, and despite that as @wadhah just said we can re-migrate your data once more, to which I don't see you have replied to him yet?

I could just move on, but this is far exceedingly unproffesional on your behalf, U can migrate all you want but the spec I purchased is gone, this was my initial request in this thread. This was one of my yearly purchase vps now its 30mb read and write virtualization box.

  • From the other thread it sounded like this was a move made to keep all of these VPSs online - that Enzonix wasn’t able to anymore. Silvercreek also acknowledged the performance differences being caused by the fast move and is something they were planning to correct for once migration was complete.

Hassling them for stepping and providing a safety net seems ill advised for a number of reasons, standing out is the fact that it might make other providers less likely to fill the gap in other emergency or Deadpool situations.

Could be just me but Some patience, working with their ticketing and support seems like it’d go a lot further than dramatic accusations.

  • Oh wow, this thread got crazy at the end... Aaaaanyway.

Just wondered what the progress on this is. My Enzonix renewal invoice just came through and it's kind of funny as the invoice says in big letters "3.5GHz EPYC or Ryzen". Just checked and my VPS is still on some crappy old E5.

Is this going to change soon? If not, I might as well just let my VPS lapse.
