I mean, you did say the opposite parties were big shots, but, really no other way?

It just irritates me, that's it. I know it's your money and I shouldn't be acting crazy for someone else's money. But, I guess, I am still a bit shaken after my dad's friend got a scam call 3 weeks ago. He was going to install the APK sent by the scammer. But, exactly at the right time, his daughter saw him and saved him from that scam.
I know it's not the same scenario, but, Rs. 7 lakh is such a huge amount to just let go, atleast for me.

I can absolutely agree there. But, is a cybercrime complaint applicable here atleast? I mean the cybercrime portal has specific case categories and if any of them are applicable, you'd atleast file a complaint there, if the way your partener cheated has any of those cybercrime-related traits. I know the case will prolly lead nowhere, but, if it does, you'd recover atleast a bit of that money.
But, anyways, please don't take any of my suggestions if you feel it's just not worth it.
