    Have half a gallon of water before you go to sleep...

    And get some aspirin at hand for the morning after.

    Maybe throw a banana in there as well. Helps with Potassium. I have seen plenty of water and bananas usually is a good thing to prevent hangovers the next day.

    the fact that i start rather early and finish by dinner time, leaving me 4-5hrs to sober up after, actually prevents me from hangover, to some extent..

    that's what i like about weed.. no mater how much consumed - there's no hangover.. although last time i did it after break and before new break - it kinda felt not that hangover, but was super lazy the next day i did edibles.. like to the point that i couldn;t workout.. =)

    Oh yah, that time gap before dinner is actually smart. Never thought of it like that. BTW, why the change in the avatar?

    i did eat a banana just now though, was eating it and read the random post. turned out to be about it.,

    So, it works, right?

    otherwise i always eat bananas, like 3-4 a day. i try and pick them between green and yellow, so they not too sugary. the greener banana the less it's sweetness is absorbed by the body. the greenest banana is all starch no sugar, but with time starch changes into sugar.. did you know the way to ripen a banana is to put it in a bag, so it's basked in its own "aroma"...

    Like you can also roll it up in banana leaves.
