    Cloudzy doesn't offer BGP at the moment.

    Singapore feeling left out here… Any love for Singapore?

    Isn't for me to decide. It def wouldn't be BuyVM style with unmetered bandwidth or things like that, it'd have to be a different product, and because of that I suspect Cloudzy will keep it for themselves.

  • Any change to TOS or AUP for BuyVM customers?

    I see concerning language in the Cloudzy AUP and TOS:

    https://cloudzy.com/acceptable-use-policy/

    https://cloudzy.com/terms-of-service/

    What I liked about Frantech was not worrying about anything non-technical triggering policy issues with the service (I don't host anything truly awful). However, when I see stuff like "...international laws..." in the AUP, I worry at some point a comment from a user 8 years ago deep in some thread some place will result in warnings followed by some long nights sifting through posts to see if anything else is going to result in more "strikes" against my account and disable the service.

    I no longer think this is just pure paranoia as the full onslaught of AI "Agentic State" bots is likely to unleash exactly this kind of childish nonsense that I don't have time for.

    You can always find out by sending false abuse reports about your own servers. It's legal because you're not harming anyone else and if they delete your server, you didn't want it anyway...

    Sounds like a fantastic way for the admin to stop providing a service without burning bridges. I suppose that's one point against using BuyVM. (o;
