    Have half a gallon of water before you go to sleep...

    And get some aspirin at hand for the morning after.

    thanks, i am actually fine. i didn't kill all that alcohol today, i bought both bottles in august, and had a few goes at them, but today i finished them..

    i had some lettuce and white chicken meat salad, plus boiled 4 potatoes and added a can of costco sardines with EVOO, ate the whole thing, mopped up oil with potatoes, so now i got good fat "protection".. and i drank a lot of water. i am not a child, i know how to drink, but still appreciate all of y'all care and advice..
