you don't need to recharge first - just place the order, and the system will generate the invoice.

I think all the Block Storage is sold out as the Deploy button is greyed out. I tried the process with a vps, Deploy button was orange, then the purchase process.

there were a few hiccups along the way, and it took us some extra time to patch and build a custom Ceph, but it feels great to have everything delivered on time.
