I do not know where you are on the list the services are built in groups based on the builds. All I can tell you is your service should be provisioned no later than 7 days from the original purchase.
Got mine ~6 days ago. At least that's when I got sent the IPMI details so I could install the OS. Was told the IPMI for dedis is busted but they are doing alternative access setups. The alternative access works alright, but be aware that the KVM software can be finnicky, if you don't see any input, manually update the screen with
SCRLCK. Been talking with the sales team for extra hardware, takes about ~36 hours to receive a response but part of that is definitely timezones. My KC VPS was provisioned maybe ~4 days ago. Missed out on ordering in Orlando so cannot comment. Didn't order anything in Houston because I ordered the dedis there. The LA preorder obviously hasn't been filled but I am not expecting that yet.Still waiting on the Dual Gold server to be provisioned but I am not in a big rush because the 9950x will keep me busy for a while. Just realized I need to put in a separate ticket for IPv6 on the 9950x. I think I'll open that close to the end of next week because there's no point in doing it now.

I see your ticket was passed to Sales because they are in a better position to answer that question. Features like iDRAC Enterprise access are premium dedicated server features, and the Sales team handles the configuration, licensing, and pricing details for those complex hardware add-ons.
I have been click plenty of buttons in the VPS control panel. I hope that these 'job' things are automated, they are right? I would feel bad If a human had to something because I clicked a random thing I don't need.
Right now I clicked "Resize Boot Disk", it just instantly started some kind of job and I have no clue what its doing 😂.
It seems they are updating the VNC functionality. The VNC page is currently displaying the connection address, but the connection is still failing. PVE backend
@DartNode Its been around 6 days since last reply and the hardware has not yet been deployed in Orlando. I have been asking the same question for many days about the timeline.
Kindly check Ticket #12474 and atleast respond.
Don't expect quick answers from the Sales Team. They answer maybe once in 2 weeks.

Yep. They are hiring staff for true 24/7 Support:
Currently, we offer support during US Business hours and have overnight staff who start at 2 am GMT-5. We're working on brining on some more people to do a true 24/7 shift schedule, and provide arround the clock support
Engineering is mainly working during business hours (unless you're me and I tend to work as well at home haha).

Mine is a custom hardware & was to be deployed in Miami but due to issues, it was then decided to be deployed in Orlando on 1st of November, but till now nothing. Atleast they assigned a temporary server for which I am grateful. But they seriously need to work upon giving replies to tickets.

It is. I am paying for it but haven't yet received it. And even after writing for the past 6 days in the ticket, no response from the sales team.
what has sales to do with it they dont know when they will have stock

Provisioning Team doesn't respond. Only the Sales Team representative does.
