NGL, I registered so I can comment here. I didn't even sign up for their BF/CM deals. I got a 9950x slice. 4 days now, nada. Support also stopped replying..

Am actually waiting for a 9950x slice as well, figured they might start to show up soon after that last update post that the queue was working... my last ticket response was something to the effect of "be patient, it'll work eventually" lol.

    Yeah same.. lol

I actually also bought a VPS from Oplink on Tuesday since I got frustated with DartNode. I got their Power plan and it's been great so far lol

I purchased a VPS server on Black Friday and completed the payment, but now there's an order invalidation error. I submitted a support ticket, sent an email, and messaged them on LowendTalk, but I haven't received a response and the problem remains unresolved.

    Good Evening Everyone

A quick status update for you regarding the job queue, etc.

The job queue has been restored and has provisioned 99% of all the VMs and orders. Our team is working on getting dedicated orders out and will continue through this week and into the weekend.

We're still facing issues with Orlando, mainly caused by the network provider we selected at that location, which has been having over 200ms in latency, and we're not confident they will get it together. We're in the process of getting a rush circuit put in, and once that is live, we will continue to deploy Orlando.

We will honor refunds until the end of the year, and are waiving the 7 Day Money Back for orders placed during BF weekend

Again, thanks for all the patience, and we're working on getting everything back to normal

So if we have VM's that are still broken, should that be a ticket at this point? Mine was technically "provisioned" 4 days ago, but has been sitting broken showing 0cpu/0ram and not able to be clicked on from the interface since, and support keeps blaming the queue issue.

  • If someone refunds a 99/yr dedicated ill take it. (:

For KC, we have allocated additional IPv6, so if your VM did not get assigned an IPv6 address, let us know in a ticket as well

We're continuing to work through the queue and appreciate your patience. If you want a refund, we 100% understand and will process these under the 7-day money-back guarantee we offer. Please give us time to process the refund before you open a dispute. We are not declining any refunds, and want to make sure you are taken care of even if you decide you want a refund.

Would you reset the starting date of both 1-year service period and 7-day money-back guarantee to align with the resolution of major problems? (1) IPv6 online (2) VNC operational.
Presently half of the 7-day period has elapsed and the machine is unusable.

    DartNode: Black Friday Edition 2025

Howdy and welcome, LowEndTalk! We are back and boy have we been busy as heck! We have 3 new locations, a revamped (and more responsive) VM dashboard, completely overhauled our VDS offerings (now called slices), improved our back end dedicated management network, added more support staff, and a rework of our back end VM management.

Our locations going forward are utilizing the following naming scheme:

    • US South (Houston)
    • US East (Orlando)
    • US Central (Kansas City)
    • US West (Los Angeles)

These are the regions and specific metros we currently operate in. We may eventually add more metros to each region.

VPS' are ready to deploy in all but US West locations. US West will be deploying VM's by the end of December. Dedicated servers are US South for a little while longer until we get the last few pieces figured out.

    Revamped panel images below:

    State of the Market

It's no secret RAM prices have skyrocketed and drives are climbing steadily as well. We did our best to keep things reasonable, as the Wholesale Cloud we always try to pass along as much as we can to the consumers. When shopping this year please keep in mind most providers have been impacted and we are doing what we can to shield y'all from the brunt of it.

    Space Specials

We have been and are currently working on a customer project that is launching on SpaceX Transporter 15! Some of you may know that our roots are in Space Software and Engineering, and this will push us over 20 supported missions that saw space flight! Our previous missions were mostly ISS and lunar oriented, this one is supporting LEO satellites. In honor of this mission, we will be launching specials after launch. Launch is currently planned for Friday but you can keep up with it here: https://www.spacex.com/launches/transporter-15

    VDS Are Now Slices

    https://dartnode.com/slices

We've redone this, ever since we started offering dedicated resource VM's, they've been out of stock perpetually. Our new slice system lets you view all nodes, availability, region, and even combine slices to get the size of machine you need.

We're deploying over a dozen slice nodes over the next few days so keep an eye out. These will include Ryzen, Intel, and EPYC.

Dammm hope they will respond soon

They may be the only two working in their company.

Yes, their company probably really only has two people.

Perhaps no reply is the best reply.

Your dedicated server order (#26133) requires manual setup, which is why it falls under the 5–7 day window.

I apologize for the confusion and the slow provisioning process.

22921 The VPS has not yet been delivered.Ticket #16153,Please push this to me.

  • I can't say the day, but Black Friday orders has already began provisioning. So yours should be fulfilled soon.

We appreciate your patience while we do this.

    Ifeanyi.
