    it's called MUNIN, i use it for monitoring on all my servers and VPS. need 1 central, and install MUNIN-NODE to collect info. very very good.

    Have you tried Zabbix? It seems good but after a year, I still don't really know what I'm doing with it.

    I shall look into zabbix as well!
