Welcome back
There's quite a few Arabs here, sadiq
true Libyans in LET are rare .. i think many years ago there was one from Bengazi i can't recall his nic name.
We ran some discord exclusives first, Tom did some here also. We tried to mix it up.
Are you Ehab from Tripoli Ain-Zara, sedra ? , i actually know someone named ehab there and he is Tech obsessed
not from the above.
Have you tried blocking access to /store/black-friday during Black Friday and, after the end, opening access and posting a link to the BF catalog in the thread?
I am a happy user of Veloxmedia( have 2 in LAX&MTL, and I like the name Pandahost!

cmon bruh, at least try a little?
I didn’t experience it myself, but I think it’s a minor issue as long as they offer good deals, and the seller has a good attitude in the past. GLWS
Looks pretty limited to me
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/SC862373
Btw aren't limited companies supposed to "include the full company name as it appears on the certificate of incorporation." as per https://www.gov.uk/invoicing-and-taking-payment-from-customers/invoices-what-they-must-include

And if ARPWUK Limited isn't your company it seems pretty strange that the only other company registration active is also another Limited company with your partner Austins name as the registered owner (which you've admitted in the past was the company registration you were using) which matches the name of the registered owner for ARPWUK (albeit without the middle names so they show as a different entity on the UK company register)
beanman grill them.
also I don't believe in 'acidentally posted'.
also mentioning some random people that you will make up for it without mentioning them/contacting yourself is no-go too

DEALS?!
My mistake, this was a new change, I have been extremely busy with Black Friday so haven’t had all the time to catch up with everything over there.
However, as I mentioned apart of us being part of the group they have zero say on how VeloxMedia is run, owned, shared, and what is done with profit.
We just branch under their name and that’s it.
no way you mistook this public thread for a private conversation with the mods, you just didn't double check the screenshots, you tried to hide the personal information but failed (very obvious looking at the screenshots you posted)
stop the fucking cap
and also everyone else stop fucking buying it
I understand how you would think that, however I was writing a reply on this box right here, I was suppose to remove the links and paste it to the admin to take a look at.
If it was not intentional, I would not have removed it and would have left it for all to see, I’m not about that, it was an honest mistake.
You can believe me, not believe me but I don’t know what else to say if you don’t think I’m being sincere- I am.
I can assure you this will not happen again, and we are talking internally regarding my actions and how to not make the same mistake.
I am human, I make mistakes, we all do. No one is perfect in this world but the biggest thing we can do is apologise, own the mistake and try to do better.
Thank you
Lewis
Are you gonna lie when its "NOT SCRAPPED", I have recording of buying it from your site, and how to get "3 Bundle for 10 poundsterling", please check that 3rd party also checking the incorrectly setting plan, it's not hidden, its better to not listen what your "staff" saying for saving face.
AS A PROOF, this is the video
I'm not trying to hostile, but me as dumb client CAN buy the bundle with normal way, I just want some truth to be conveyed, not another lie

BF, CM is stressful. Combined with lack of sleep, it's a recipe for disaster.
I think it's better to address the problem cold headed, instead of making prompt heat-of-the-moment response
Great can't wait to see you add this legally required information to all future invoices then, I'd imagine you'd want to get on that ASAP
You might also want to check up on the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, and the Companies Act 2006 as every UK-based business must display specific information on their website and I noticed you had a lot missing.
This includes
Hello, I have a small question, why would a client information getting forward to an online forum to someone in the first place, sir?
The links are hidden, bundles are setup weird in WHMCS.
You need to create the links, for example these are California prod1, Salt Lake City prod1, London prod1, then they are made into the bundle.
The bundles are the only visible links in WHMCS, but clearly there is a problem, when you buy a bundle you’re not suppose to edit stock, delete them etc, however a bundle should not allow this and charges for what’s there and acts as a single product rather than the bundle.
I admit it’s not the most clever tools that is built into WHMCS, I can only control so much with WHMCS from the admin end.
So yes, there was an issue that I did not see at first but I can easily show you the 3 individual plans that are hidden to prove what I mean?
Sorry to say, what you've posted doesn't seem sketchy in and of itself. You've found 2 unrelated companies, in different parts of the country, dissolved within a year of each other.
As for the unrelated address at 3 Schoolhill Road, that's most likely an accountant's office that deals with company registrations.
What is a bit sketchy. On their contact page, they say:
Postal Address: VeloxMedia, 42 Broomhill Rd, Aberdeen, AB10 6HT
In their T&Cs, they say:
We are registered in Scotland and have our registered office at 3 Elmbank Court, Aberdeen AB21 0SS.
At the bottom of the page, they list the APRW group. The first exists:
DASH AESTHETICS LTD
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/SC728981
It's a single director company and the guy behind it isn't listed as running any other companies.
The company accounts look a bit suspicious to me - the first year filings for 2023 say there was 0 assets in the company. The 2024 filings say there was exactly 13000 in 2024, up from 10000 in 2023. It's possible to run a company that but with no outstanding liabilities etc, it all looks a bit suspicious. My guess it's that it's a cash-in-hand run business, and they self declare an approximate amount for tax. That's possible, but pretty sketchy.
Their website lists the address as: 479 Great Western Road, Aberdeen, AB10 6NN
Dash Beauty isn't a registered company, but probably just a trading name of Dash Aestehtics. It's also only a block away on the same street and their website branding is identical. 543 Great Western Road, Aberdeen, AB10 6PE
BroGlow lists its address as 64 Justice Mill Lane, Aberdeen, AB11 6EP
This isn't a registered company either, and there are a couple of other small dormant companies registered at that address. Maybe it's a very small shopping arcade or an an accountants or solicitors office.
Unlike in the past, having "Group" in a company name is no longer regulated.
ARPW Limited (which would be legally distinct from ARPW Group Limited) looks like a totally unrelated, long running company that happened to voluntarily close a year prior. To me, it looks like it has no connection.
So, to me, it looks like this guy is trying to run all these companies just as trading names of a single company (which is a terrible idea legally in case any of them get into trouble), although they could also be trading names and operated as a sole trader which doesn't require registration at companies house. That would open him up personally to any liabilities if any of the businesses fail, also a terrible idea, especially for a hosting business.
Someone who's placed an order should be able to tell from the invoice. If it says "company/person t/a VeloxMedia" then that's legitimate. If it doesn't, then he wouldn't necessarily be committing an offence, but if the money is going through his existing business, it's a legal requirement to say so.
A little benchmark from our special deal this BF, 16C16G160G160T for €20/yr:
All 3 of these entities are the same person.
