And there is plenty of other evidence corroborating this. For example, I immediately contacted support asking how the other two servers were going to be initialized and complimenting the price, thus calling their immediate attention to what you term "cheating".

By the way, all should know that I have nothing to do with the people here "investigating" where the company is registered -- I have never made an issue of it here. I think it is overkill to pursue that and irrelevant to how they treated me.

Part of succeeding in business is learning the hard lessons that come from making mistakes. Generally the mistakes aren't going to be as important as how you deal with them.

One more addition: Velox refunded my money at their initiative very early in the back and forth. I haven't actually checked, but unfortunately since $13 barely buys a McDonalds meal these days in the U.S., it was never about the money differential for me, it was the principle.

There is nothing left for the peanut gallery to await.

So I can vouch here.

Originally when it all happened 'live' I only read half, and was half asleep (was around 2am local time) - but then I went back and re-read everything more carefully.

At first I wrongly thought that @225thinker was possibly an MJJ and first time here and upset about now missing out on the deal.
But that was not what it was about at all. (And he's in USA and not first time here.)

It was about the accusational and unprofessional way that @VeloxMedia / @itsTomHarper handled this incident.
(Including doxxing personal info here on the forum, which I was also only made aware of later)

TL;DR - @225thinker is not the bad guy here, and was quite calm and very reasonable, all things considered of how he was treated.

If any reputational damage was done to Velox, it was because of their own slip-ups and wrong handling of this. Which will hopefully be a lesson for them to learn from.

I just ordered something random, put "I just want an account" in the invoice, didnt pay it, and put in a ticket to cancel the invoice. Stupid generation of more work for the provider for me to get an account, but whatever. lol

I am not even bothering with such providers. If they don't bother to see things from customer's perspective, it means they love to focus more on services, than on customers. I don't want to create account with such providers.

For SolidVPS it is intentional, else people can falsely bid something but never pay for it (means only for active clients)

Allowing non-members would turn it into a bot battle, and people with no history or account could block legitimate users from securing a deal which has already happened in a few previous auctions. For verified clients then ghost on us.

I would personally like to confirm a few things and clear up any misconceptions.

I’d like to personally apologise for accidentally posting that message here. It was intended for the admins, and I forgot to remove it from the text box after copying and pasting. Once I noticed the mistake, I removed the link within a minute. I’m truly sorry for any confusion caused.

While checking this, I also found an issue with the bundle deals. To avoid further problems, I’ve temporarily disabled all bundles while I work on a fix.

I will be the first to admit when something is wrong and I may have been a bit this time around, it has been busy with Black Friday for everyone, and I slipped up so please accept my apologises for this.

Regarding the company:

ARPW GROUP is not a limited company and is simply a company that is part of VeloxMedia, only by association but all operators of VeloxMedia are myself (Lewis) and Tom.

VeloxMedia has never been a limited company but rather a sole trader and in which does not need to be limited and VeloxMedia limited is not us, it’s another company registered elsewhere with different peoples names. FAT32 mentioned himself he found stuff, getting vetted here is harder than getting a passport with a passport currently, and I explained everything to them.

The address has been changed from 42 Broomhill road to 479 great western road. This was due to moving offices and Dash Aesthetics Limited is part of ARPW Group and we use one of the offices in the building.

We have absolutely nothing to hide and I have answered these in a few threads.

We’re honest, fair and try to cater for everyone, clearly this has failed slightly here, this was not intentional but a silly mistake on my part as I was writing a message.

To the people in regards to the 3 bundle VPS. We have our links scraped and leaked all the time (those hidden links in WHMCS), unfortunately this has ruined a few Black Friday flash deals for us so tensions were high, I want to personally apologise to you both, and to make things right or at least try, please send me a DM and I want to give you both the 3 bundle VPS, this will be given to you for free for 3 years if you’d rather not have any dealings with us, then I understand but the offer is always there!

In regards to PandaHost, I owned this way back in 2011, sold the company due to relocating countries and other commitments at the same, as soon as I saw the current owner close down, I purchased the domain back, PandaHost was my pride and joy and when the opportunity arose I brought the domain and we use it as our whitelabeling aka for our clients who resell our VPS servers and such, it’s used for our hostnames and dns for web hosting.
