For this price... you're not really expecting top performance, but damn, mine kept crashing and becoming unusable anyway. I went ahead with it and got a refund
I really tried to make it work but at this point basic bash built-ins will at times take 3-5 minutes to complete. I'm also going to be requesting a refund.

Sorry for not responding to this sooner man. Could you please put in a ticket with any relevant data? We are definitely improving things step-by-step here and have made some really good improvements. Refund's already been processed (tho I haven't checked my CC yet). Your support team rebuilt the VM twice without notice as a troubleshooting step. The only person to ask if I had data I needed before destroying the VM was the person handling my refund.
