@DediRock appears to be having issues this morning. Access to the account portion of the web site is inconsistent at best and the VPS I purchased for BF is currently inaccessible to me.
Their status page is currently all green checkmarks. I was going to pop over here to see if anyone else was having issues but I guess I have my answer.
My 7/year VPS with them is still up, it's been pretty stable for the last few days.
Unfortunately I can't get the support site to load consistently enough to put in a ticket so hopefully they see the thread here.
Have we been SCAMMED.

5 mins later: it's back online
My BF VPS has never been reachable. I opened a ticket but I haven't received any response.
I was able to access mine 2 days ago. I was going to continue setting it up today and it's been completely inaccessible all morning.
I did finally get a ticket it. I'll update here if I get a response.

Got a reply to my ticket saying "try again". No dice until I realized the client area the IP changed. Logged into that and found a brand new VM. Granted I didn't lose much, but still.

I saw this as an outage and thought, "I bet I'll get free stuff after the downtime," and signed up for $7ish a year on a whim. It's like gambling.

welp.. I 'll see how this goes and decision later.
Are they giving refunds? This is by far the slowest system I've ever used. It took me about 20 minutes to install tailscale. That usually takes about a minute and a half.
