    Since you got a little bit of funds, there you shouldn't delay it. I believe there's a 180-day hold on any money in such cases, not sure though.

    The email said 120 days

    Yeah, long time to have funds frozen up. No matter what you'll get it but it sucks when you have a lot of money stuck in there.

    Again, do check if they are legal in your country.

    They are, and you're covered for like 125K in case they'd fold.

    The support agent did not have access to the reason. Afaik, it's like a really shitty automated system that suspends accounts and there is no going back.

    Man, I can understand them banning if there was a specific reason they could pinpoint. But, doing it, just cause they feel like it, is cruel, esp. when many freelancers depend on PayPal.

    It messes small businesses right up!
