    Hi @cotelforce -- Please confirm this invoice number, as it appears to be associated with a cancelled service.

    The IP address of the first VPS opened for this order was not connected, so the staff replaced it for me. As a result, the invoice and the opened server may not be related. When I continued to provide feedback in the service order, they pointed out that they were looking for you to solve the problem.

    I was able to identify your correct order number now, and have doubled your bandwidth successfully :)

    Since you got a little bit of funds, there you shouldn't delay it. I believe there's a 180-day hold on any money in such cases, not sure though.

    @noob404 I contacted customer support via their web chat. They say the change is permanent and that it's not possible to appeal it.

    The support agent did not have access to the reason. Afaik, it's like a really shitty automated system that suspends accounts and there is no going back.
