When can I expect the refund? The VPS I just activated was suspended in less than a few hours due to IP blacklist issues, which are completely unrelated to any actions on my side. I complied with the IP cleanup process, yet this situation is entirely beyond my control.

All nodes have 3700X, just one node 5800x. Those from that node were just lucky.
Anyway, don't worry, we will upgrade all VPS, we will move all our clients to a new infrastructure, on AMD Epyc CPUs in just a couple of days.
