    500GiB @ 10Gbps, then 100Mbps until your past 30day usage is below 500GiB again.

    ZappieHost, HostHatch, Onidel on top of my head. These are the providers I have services with for years and they've been extremely reliable. There should be quite some solid providers for this location by now.

    ? Why would anyone prefer arm over x86? Maybe it better in benchmarks but tons of things aren't supported there at all.
