We got some reports recently regarding machines connectivity but were not able to distinguish the cause so far, only the steps to resolve this issue. The individual cases that came up as ticket have been resolved already.
As soon as we have added a vm specific ip monitoring related to the issue we will be able to create a status page report if this issues occurs again.

we might do a slightly cheaper entry deal for black friday, but nothing extreme.
our current pricing is already pretty close to promo-level honestly.
cluster still has around 3-4 TB RAM free, so capacity is fine,
but we’re not planning to bring in extra hosts just for bf promos.
