I never opened a ticket since there were multiple people reporting it in here that they already did and got no response either besides, my only support ticket was from way back in 2022. I never really needed support, especially since I was on a BF deal plan.
As for the network issues, I always recommended naranja in the past years and the uptime can confirm these issues were not a thing until beginning of 2025. This issue only started recently after the last black friday and yes, it's been lasting for about a year and it's still going as of today as I just got another couple micro-disconnections earlier on. Obviously, I was unable to use the servers at all due to this issue so they all (3) idled for an entire year.
I was just about to cancel them all by the end of this year's black friday unless there would be some sort of compensation and of course the issue gets fixed, otherwise I will just move on.
My usage is sensitive for these kind of micro connects, and to be honest, I let my VPS with them expire last year. Comment I made for myself (I keep a list of hosts and experiences): "Network disconnects". It was working without issues for some time, then it came, disappeared again, came back, etc.
I've tried a couple of years, but the issue kept coming back; tried to open a ticket for it a couple of times with no success (or only temporarily succesfull until it returned).
Same here, hosting a TCP service that cannot work under these conditions if they happen on a daily basis. To be fair, I have been using them since 2021 or 2022 and I did not have this issue before; network and uptime was stellar which is the reason why I renewed as always and got two additional servers last Black Friday. Unfortunately, it started shortly after that.
Do you mind if you share what providers are you currently using? (I meant in PM, thank you)
