    We recently changed our Ticket-System in order to improve support response times and have a better overview. Somehow your ticket didn't get migrated, because it was in the "in progress" status.

    Could you please open a new ticket where you only mention the ticket old id? I'll send in the ticket history and give you an update on your request.

    I did that yesterday, but my ticket has vanished again....

    Thats odd, I'll have a look shortly. But I am 100% confident that the ticket is created and answered.

    The ticket system has a critical issue. Content is not visible during input and only appears when selected. And my replies to ticket are not visible. Please fix as soon as possible.

    We just updated the ticket overview and creation page, so that all elements are visible properly. Sorry for the invoncenience. We will make further improvements in the next days. Thanks for pointing out the issue.

    I've encountered a system template issue.

    When I reinstall the operating system, I formatted /dev/vdb.

    Also, Tickets cannot be submitted. Clicking the submit button refreshes the page, and the submitted Ticket content is lost.

    The reinstall function is meant to completely recreate the whole VPS, therefore thats not really an issue.

    I found some bugs/problems with servers. Unable to use VNC console due to strange keyboard mapping ("y" means "z"). Debian install is not minimal version so there are conflicts while I try to install custom panels like vestacp. Netinstall debian iso is usless too, lack of minimal version.

    They can fix the keyboard layout for you. Had the same thing on two instances.

    Our HDD storage arrays are configured in Raid-6 as mentioned in this post and on the order page.
